Hensley
Jul 12, 1995 — Apr 4, 2025
Bentonville
Adam Blake Hensley, 29, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away on April 4, 2025. Born on July 12, 1995, in Rogers, Adam spent most of his life in the Northwest Arkansas area, surrounded by the people and places he loved most.
Adam worked alongside his family at Gracie's Canoe Camp, where his days were filled with nature, the river, and meaningful connections. He took great pride in his work and was known for his strong work ethic, big heart, and the way he looked out for others.
Adam had a deep love for animals, and found joy in strumming his guitar, diving into video games, and sharing laughter and conversation with those around him. He had a gift for making people laugh and feel seen—a truly compassionate soul with a sharp mind and a warm, generous spirit.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Hensley; his father, Ray Hensley; his brother, Alec Hensley; a guardian to him, Richard Plummer; his uncle and aunt, Tony and Amy Rogers; and his girlfriend, Zoë Gilbert, with whom he shared a deep and meaningful bond.
Adam's presence in the lives of those who knew him was a gift, and his memory will live on in the countless moments of laughter, kindness, and love he gave so freely.
