BARBARA BILLMAN, 96, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, died on August 5, 2022, at Highland Health and Rehabilitation in Bella Vista. She was born October 20, 1925, to Edgar and Lily Binns in Leeds, Yorkshire England, and came to the United States in May of 1948. She lived in Wisconsin and Iowa for many years and has resided in Bella Vista since 1979.

Barbara was a medical transcriptionist at the Women and Children's Clinic in Rogers for many years. She was a former member of the Sophisticated Ladies and High Steppers dancing groups, Bowling Leagues 1 and 2, Bella Vista Garden Club, and was a volunteer at the Bella Vista Library.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Richard A. Hansen and Robert A. Billman, daughter, Alison K. Wolf Sullivan, and brother, J. Keith Binns.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Ken Foster, and two grandsons, Derek Foster and Bret Wolf Sullivan, all of Madison, Wisconsin.
