Barbara (Bobbie) Ann Brown, age 69, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away Friday, July 23, 2021, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born May 29 th , 1952, in Brooklyn, New York. She worked for the Bentonville Public Schools.
She is survived by her long time significant other, Larry M. Kemper of Bella Vista.
