Betty Ruth Davis, 87, of Gravette, peacefully departed this life surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, May 28, 2023.

Betty was born on April 30, 1936, in Hiwasse to William and Ruth Presley. She graduated from Hiwasse High and went on to operate D&F Auto Garage in Gravette with her loving husband, Robert, and family for many years.

Betty was a devoted Christian and a talented pianist who enjoyed gardening, traveling, and enjoying the sunshine from the front porch with friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ruth Presley; husband of more than 50 years, Robert Davis; brothers, Kelton and Louis Presley; and a sister, Billie (Presley) Fletcher.

Betty is survived by sisters, Ella (Presley) Scantlin and Margaret (Presley) Pearson; a son, Robert Davis Jr., a daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Jesse Smith; six grandchildren, Megan Davis and William Davis, Kelly Whitehead, Kristen (Whitehead) Howard and her husband, Chris Howard, Amy Smith and Taylor Smith; and six great-grandchildren, Dallas Lingo and Addyson Lingo, Jackson Howard, Alexandra Howard, Lincoln Howard and Madison Howard.

Visitation for Betty will take place on Thursday, June 1, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. before she is laid to rest at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
