Beverley Jane Roach, 92, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 7, 2025, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born on April 17, 1933, in North Platte, Nebraska, to Elijah Monroe Bess and Effie Mae Graves.

Bev married Robert Matthew Roach on June 7, 1953. She earned both a Master's degree and an Education Specialist degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She dedicated her life to education, working as a kindergarten and first-grade teacher and later as a principal in the West Des Moines School District for many years.

Bev was full of life and spirit. She loved to travel and cruise, tap dance, cheer on the Arkansas Razorbacks at football and basketball games, play the slots at the casino, socialize with her PEO sisters, and visit Disney World. Her joyful energy and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents; one brother, Loren; and two sisters, Wanda and Bonnie.

Bev is survived by her children, Bob Roach Jr. (Molly) and Susan Delperdang (Gary); her grandchildren, Eric (Lindsay), Elizabeth Aadland (Dane), Brent (Erika), Brady (Grace), David, Adam, Hana, and Malik. She leaves behind a legacy of love in her 17 great-grandchildren: Ella, Lilah, Charlie, Andrew, Lucy, Margaret, Leo, Bernadette, Francis, Harvey, Luke, Ethan, Abby, Lexi, Luca, and Liam. She is also lovingly remembered by step-great-grandchild, Haylie.

A private family mass will be celebrated.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Springdale, Arkansas.
