Beverly Ann Moore Shelton, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished member of the Bella Vista community, passed away on February 15, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Born to John and Hazel Moore on October 28, 1943, Beverly dedicated her life to shaping young minds as a teacher, leaving an indelible mark on generations of students. She retired from her teaching career after many years of service, having imparted not only knowledge but also wisdom and kindness to all who had the privilege of being in her classroom. She was ahead of her time, teaching computers before they became mainstream, and she was always eager to embrace new technologies and innovations.

Beverly's true joy in life came from her roles as a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She shared over four decades of marriage with her beloved husband, Jerry Wayne Shelton, whom she cherished dearly.

She adored spending time with her family, whether it was cheering on her grandchildren at their events or gatherings filled with love and laughter at their home. Beverly's warmth, generosity, and unwavering support enriched the lives of all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Beverly is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Wayne Shelton; her devoted daughter, Jenny Swensen, and son-in-law, David; her adoring grandchildren, Arianna, and Connor; extended family members, and numerous friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Beverly's life will be held at the United Lutheran Church, 100 Cooper Road, Bella Vista, AR 72715 on Tuesday, February 20, at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Bella Vista Animal Shelter, 32 Bella Vista Way, Bella Vista, AR 72714 in Beverly's honor.
