Beverly A. Peters, age 72, of Bella Vista passed away peacefully on April 2, 2024, in the amazing care of Circle of Life Hospice. She was born to Wayne and Laura Kupferschmid on December 20, 1951, in Peoria, Illinois.

Beverly worked at Walmart as her final occupation and retired in 2020 after 10 years. She enjoyed working outside in her flower beds and tending to all her bird feeders, especially the hummingbird ones. She also enjoyed coloring using pencils and markers as it was a calming activity. She had 2 dogs that kept her company and were excellent at letting her know anytime there was a noise outside ½ mile away.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Wayne, and Laura Kupferschmid; her sister, Loretta Leman; and her brothers, Lon Kupferschmid, and Ed Kupferschmid.

She is survived by her children, Eric Foster (Barb) of Gardner, KS and Nathan Foster of Gardner, KS; sister, Phyllis Miller (Chris) of Carlock, IL; sister-in-law, Donna Kupferschmid of Eureka, IL; brother, Tom Kupferschmid (Sherri) of Goodfield IL; and several generations of nieces and nephews and other extended family.

A celebration of life will be planned later for family and friends in the Kansas City area as well as a separate one for the family in Illinois sometime this summer.
