Billie Frances Fletcher, age 95, of Hiwasse, Arkansas, a loving follower of Christ went to be with the Lord on the February 15, 2022. Billie was born April 11, 1926, to Willie and Ruth (Galyean) Presley

Billie attended school at Hiwasse, where she met, and eventually married, her lifelong husband, Denice Fletcher. Denice and Billie married on March 13, 1947. They took yearly trips to Washington to pick apples. They had a large garden, and Billie enjoyed canning. She was a great seamstress and sold clothing out of her home for many years. Billie was a member and pianist of Hiwasse Christian Church. She loved hosting garage sales and frequent outings to Cracker Barrel.

Her greatest joy in this life was being surrounded by family, serving and nurturing them continually.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Ruth Presley; her husband, Denice Fletcher; her brothers, Kelton Presley and Louis Presley and her grandson, Wesley Fletcher

Billie is survived by her sons, Dennis (Susan) Fletcher and Phillip (Alta) Fletcher; her sisters, Margaret Pearson, Betty Davis and Ella Scantlin; five grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and her caregiver and friend, Beverly Starr.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2022, at The Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery with Pastor Larry Weihe officiating.

Pallbearers are Michael Fletcher, Chris Fletcher, Alec Fletcher, Chris Flynt, Pierce Elsea and Aaron Fletcher.
