Carolyn Evelyn Jensen, 89, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at Circle of Life Hospice Legacy Village in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born on December 23, 1932, in Cherokee, Iowa.

Carol and her late husband Bud, spent many years owning numerous grocery stores throughout Iowa before moving to Bella Vista, Arkansas in 1977. After moving to Arkansas, they were highly active in real estate and construction. Owning both Century 21-A1 Real Estate of Bentonville and Jensen & Jensen Construction. They are most known for owning and operating "Bud's Family Style Chicken". Where they employed multiple family members, and friends who became family.

Carol enjoyed spending her time cooking, baking, reading, entertaining, and had a green thumb. Carol was known as a young soul, she loved Holidays and a good party. What she loved most of all, was having her large family all together. She spent much of her time traveling to different events and activities the grandchildren and great grandchildren were involved in. She never missed an opportunity to watch them do what they loved.

Carol is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Harold (Bud) Jensen, son John Jensen, son Keith Jensen, and grandson Jason Jensen.

She is survived by her son Michael Jensen and wife Sharon of Bentonville, son Martin Jensen and wife Kim of Bentonville, daughter Kimberly Skaggs and husband Chuck of Hiwasse, 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 2:00 pm, at Bella Vista Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements may be sent to Bella Vista Funeral Home.
