Charles Henry Casey II, 72, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. Born January 26, 1953, in Ironton, Ohio, to Charles and Dorothy (Scott) Casey, Charles married Debbie Henson on June 15, 1973, and together they shared 48 years of marriage before her passing. In 1980, they moved to Rogers, Arkansas, where Charles worked as a truck driver for over 25 years. He and Debbie had two children, Dustin and Renee, and opened their home to more than 40 foster children over the years.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Debbie; his son, Charles Dustin Casey; and five siblings — Sharon Casey, Burton Casey, Richard Casey, Ben Casey, and Robert Casey.

He is survived by his daughter, Renee and Derek Harrington; grandchildren, Tanner Harrington and fiancée Rachel Chappell, Cody and Kaitlyn Harrington, Ashley Harrington and fiancé Noah Harrold; great-grandchildren, Ellis and Willow Harrington; his sister, Debra Casey Locander; sisters-in-law, Kim Henson and Ruth Williams; his uncle and aunt, David and Gail Casey; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Charles was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held on October 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715.
