Christian Jandebeur was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on March 19, 1967, and passed away in Bentonville, Arkansas on June 28, 2025, in the arms of his beloved wife.

He spent his early childhood in Germany before settling in Arkansas, where he lived for the remainder of his life. A graduate of Decatur High School, he began his journey as a camp counselor at Kamp Paddle Trails, where his passion for nature and the outdoors was ed. Inspired.  He pursued higher education at the University of Arkansas, studying Zoology and Business Management.

Over the years, he worked with some of the region's most recognized companies-Walmart, Tyson, and JB Hunt and managed his family's business across the state of Missouri. A man of many talents and adventures, he formed a race team, built a Land Speed Record car (Car 1051 - Bird of Prey), and raced at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, reaching speeds over 200 mph.

His patriotic spirit led him to serve as a civilian private contractor with Special Forces in Afghanistan and various locations around the globe. Upon his return, he was driven by a deep love of nature and founded the nonprofit Wonderful Waterways, organizing community cleanups of rivers, lakes, and streams. One such event gathered over 150 volunteers at a single site.

In recent years, he enjoyed a semi-retired life, filled with adventures and quality time with his children, grandchildren, friends, and family sailing, kayaking, and biking. His energetic personality, love for pranks, and zest for life touched everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leeland Jandebeur, and nephew, Dalton Gray.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Ann Beemer Jandebeur of the home; son, Tristan Hudson and daughter-in-law, Brittany Hudson and their three children, Hadley, Bowen, and Laurel of Bentonville, AR; daughter, Heather Moreno and son-in-law, John Moreno and their two children, Viviann and Max of Centerton, AR; son, Alex Jandebeur and daughter-in-law, Katie Jandebeur and their three children, Aiden, Alice, and Lily of Bentonville, AR; son, Jacob Walling and his two children, Reagan and Grayson of Johnson, AR; his brother, Michael Jandebeur and sister-in-law, Tracy Jandebeur of Rogers, AR; sister, Tamara Hazlett and brother-in-law, David Hazlett of Bella Vista, AR; sister, Deborah Jandebeur of Ft Smith, AR; mother, Kay Jandebeur of Bella Vista, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th at 5 p.m. at Kamp Paddle Trails, RR 1, Box 1320, Watts, OK 74964 (outside of Siloam Springs). All are welcome to join this family-friendly riverside celebration.
