Obituary

Christopher Charles Crose Sr., age 50, won the fight against liver disease and diabetes and entered Heaven on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas.  He was born on September 7, 1971, to Clifford and Rose Crose in Gravette, Arkansas two weeks early.  He continued life on his schedule, always early to everything, driving his wife and children crazy with his "if you're early" quote for thirty years.

Chris lived in Gravette his entire life, graduating by the skin of his teeth in 1991. He began his career at Wal-Mart store #100 as "Chris in toys" for many years before going on to a career with children. He loved his community and served it as much as he could. Many families knew him as "Mr. Chris". Many children of the community had the pleasure of spending their time before or after school and their summers with Mr. Chris playing games, having burping contests, and dancing silly dances with him.  Chris enjoyed fishing, hunting, car shows, and most recently becoming a "Pop" to his beautiful grandchildren.

Chris is preceded in death by his parents Clifford & Rose Crose.

Chris is survived by his wife of 30 years, Tina Crose; his three sons, Devin Crose of Gravette, Christopher C (Catherine) Crose Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Taylor Crose, still of the home; two beautiful grandchildren, Clara Rose Crose and Carter Mason Crose, who are the light of his life; his brothers, William (Debra) Crose of Gravette, Paul Crose of Charlotte, North Carolina; and his sister Teresa (Wayne) Reynolds of Sulphur Springs.
