David S. Clark of Bella Vista, AR was called home to Heaven on September 8, 2023. He passed peacefully at home while he slept, surrounded by his wife, children, grandchildren, and cat.

He was born August 17, 1935, in Buffalo, KS to Oscar and Dorothy (Cleland) Clark. He graduated from Buffalo High School in 1953 and worked for Armour Meat Company before being drafted into the Army in 1957 and serving two years in Germany.

In 1960 he married his wife, Inez Ann Reichert (Ann) in Kansas City, MO and they enjoyed 63 wonderful years together.

He was employed with Mobil Oil Credit Corporation for 26 years and held several positions in his time there. He retired as a Point-of-Sale Department Manager in 1991 and moved to Bella Vista in 1992. He was a member and participant of Saint Bernard Catholic Church and their various social happenings. He most loved golfing and fishing and made time for them whenever possible and through the years was active in several golfing groups in the Village.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Dorothy Cleland Clark; brothers, Cleland Clark and twin Donald Clark; and sister, Carolyn Tarver.

He is survived by his wife, Ann of Bella Vista, AR; three children, Michael Clark (Tama) of Broken Arrow, OK, Barbara Morrison (Marty) of Sandia Park, NM, and Kenneth Clark (Kim) of Parkville, MO; eight grandchildren, Kate, David, and Ellen Clark, Chelsea Darrall (Matthew), Jessica (Megan) Morrison-Steele and Miles Morrison, Mason and McKenna Clark; two great-grandchildren, Mabel and Bruce Darrall; sisters-in-law, Jaqueline Clark and Donna Clark; brother-in-law Ed, Tarver; as well as countless nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 8: 30 a.m. at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, 1 St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72715 followed by Rosary and a short eulogy at 9:30 am and Mass at 10:00 a.m. All are invited to a luncheon served in the parish hall after a short military memorial service and inurnment at St. Bernard's Columbarium.
