Diane M. (Druggish) Balthazor, 80, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022, with her children by her side.
Diane was born June 24, 1941, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, to Ralph and Mae (Tynan) Druggish. She graduated from St. Mary's Springs Academy.
On October 21, 1961, she married Roger Balthazor at Presentation Church in North Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Diane attended the Fox Valley Community College in Appleton, and she worked as a bookkeeper and office manager until she and her husband retired in 1997.
Diane and Roger moved to Bella Vista, Arkansas, in 1998, where they volunteered at the Walton Arts Center, delivered Meals on Wheels and participated in the neighborhood crime watch. Diane enjoyed spending time with her many friends in Bella Vista, particularly playing mah jongg and bridge. She also enjoyed playing golf and traveling the world. Of their many adventures, she was most in awe of her visits to The Vatican.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her brother Thomas; her in-laws, Francis and Mary Balthazor and her brothers-in-law, Gary Balthazor and David Cratchy.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Ken) Sadorf; her son, Steven (Tracy) Balthazor and their three children, Taylor (Kaleb) Horlick, Jacob Balthazor and Rae Balthazor. She is also survived by her sister, Carol Cratchy; her sister-in-law, Eileen Druggish and her nephews, Chip Cratchy, Don Cratchy, Craig (Patsy) Balthazor and Brad Balthazor.
Services will be held at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Bella Vista on February 11, 2022, with visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will be held immediately after at the church columbarium.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Springs Academy (Fond du Lac, Wisconsin) or St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church (Bella Vista, Arkansas).
