It is with profound sadness to announce the passing of Dinky (DJ) James Head, age 53, of Bentonville, AR. He suddenly passed away on Sunday May 12, 2024, at his home in Bentonville, AR. He was a man of immense humor and wisdom.

DJ was born July 29, 1970, in Huntsville, AR to Albert Head and Virginia Riley. He was married to Diana Head on April 15, 1992.

DJ was preceded in death by his father, Albert Head and stepfather, Marvin Riley.

He is survived by his mother, Virginia Riley of Springtown, AR; wife, Diana Head of Bentonville, AR; son, Dustin Head and wife, Christina of Bella Vista, AR; daughters, Tasha Easterling and husband, Jonathan of Bentonville, AR and Stephanie Sanders of Bentonville, AR; 11 grandchildren, Ashton and Aiden Head, Addison, Baylor, Maddox, Tinslee, Ellie, and Oaklynn Easterlin, Daniel and Kaylee Sanders, and Jaclyn Trammel; three brothers, Daniel Head and wife, Megan of Gentry, AR, Joseph Riley and wife, Emily of Bella Vista, AR and Trent Head and wife, Bethani of Berryville, AR; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, 14190 AR-102, Gravette, AR 72736.
