Edward Galyean passed peacefully at his home in Hiwasse on September 22, 2026. He was born April 22, 1941, to Roy and Emma Galyean and married Lynda Gore on June 27, 1964.

Ed was a proud United States Air Force veteran and a devoted Christian who lived his life grounded in his faith and love for his family. His prayer was that the family circle would remain unbroken and that each of those he loved would one day be together again in Heaven. His family finds comfort knowing that he has been reunited with his wife, Lynda, and that they are together again for eternity.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Lynda.

He is survived by his children, Layne and Tori, and Tori’s husband, Bryan Wolfgang; grandchildren, Brody and Brently Wolfgang and Ty and Bret Galyean; and great-grandchildren, Mia, Beau, and Breckam Wolfgang and Karson Galyean.

At his request, no public services will be held. Any contribution to a charity of choice may be made in his name.
