Esther I. Hawks, age 88, passed peacefully into the loving arms of her Heavenly Savior on October 21, 2026.

Although a short resident of Bella Vista, AR, Esther loved Northwest Arkansas and her local community. Esther was a master knitter, fiber spinner and cancer fighter, she loved people and had a great passion for nature and the outdoors. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends who routinely described her as a bright light and source of joy.

Per Esther's wishes, there will not be any formal services. For those who would like to honor Esther, please consider planting a tree.
