Esther L. Stephens, 67, passed away on May 31, 2024, at her home in Gravette, AR surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 23, 1956, in Palmdale, CA to James and Wanda Doss.

Esther worked for the USDA for 33 years and retired so she could spend time with her family. She loved music, dancing, singing, swimming, and horseback riding. She did many different types of martial arts and won a lot of different awards. She was a born again believer.

She was an outgoing, headstrong, wonderful woman and super intelligent. She had a great sense of humor and a wonderful personality. She was such a kind, loving, and very thoughtful woman. She will be missed deeply by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, James; mother, Wanda; husband, Ronald; and son, Eric Stephens.

She is survived by her sons, Jacob and Laural Stephens of Alpena AR and Keith and Julie Stephens of Pineville MO; brothers, Glenn and David Doss; sister, Linda Ford; and six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715.
