Francis Dean Prochaska "Frank", of Bentonville, AR, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2025. Born on November 17, 1934, in Independence, IA, Frank was the son of Francis and Marie Prochaska.

Frank served as a Seabee in the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict and enjoyed being a member of the American Legion, Single Action Shooting Society, Knights of Columbus and St. Bernard Catholic Church.

Frank was a devoted husband, a caring father, and a cherished friend to many. He will be remembered for his playful sense of humor and generous spirit. His presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, and brothers, as well as his children, Stephen Prochaska and Mary Prochaska.

Frank is survived by Anna, his beloved wife of 68 years and his children, Luanne Johnson and Douglas Prochaska. He also leaves behind a host of extended family and dear friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, 1 St Bernard Ln, Bella Vista, AR 72715, on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
