Frank Allen Gillespie, age 90, passed away May 15, 2026, and was laid to rest on May 20, 2026, at Fayetteville National Cemetery, Fayetteville, AR with full honors. Frank was born on August 28, 1935, at Port Artur, Texas to Ruby (Brahm) and Theodore Goodwin Gillespie, Sr.

Frank dedicated his life to military service in the US Air Force and the US Army. When he retired from the military, he worked for the FAA and also for the Customs and Border Patrol.

Frank never met a stranger twice! He was friends to many whom he loved. Frank will be missed by his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

Frank's wife, Chong Hui precedes him in death.

Frank is survived by his niece, Kathy Gillespie Horton; nephew, Drew Goodwin Gillespie; one great niece, Kimberly McComber; two great nephews, Donovan Cozza and Brian Gillespie; and two great great nephews, Landyn and Logan McComber.
