Gary Don Hawks passed peacefully in his sleep on July 12th, 2022.

Born October 13th, 1956 in Denver, Colorado, Gary spent much of his life on the move and around the world. From his high-school days in Thessaloniki, Greece, to the time he spent working with ARAMCO, Gary never went anywhere in the world where he could not make life-long friends. He eventually settled in Northwest Arkansas with his wife, Gaele Hawks, and two young sons, Jason and Joshua. After Gaele's tragic early passing he remarried, and has spent the rest of his life with Martha Hawks.

Gary was known for always having advice and offering help to anyone who needed it, but above all making sure his family was safe and secure. While he had many jobs and ran many businesses over the years, from mushroom farming to a paintball field, Gary made sure that his family was the real focus of his attention and love. He was a wonderful, loving and kind husband and father.

Gary is survived by his wife of 25 years, Martha Maute Hawks and his two sons Jason and Joshua Hawks. He will be forever missed.
