Obituary

George Frank Hare of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away peacefully on the morning of August 4, 2022, after battling  cancer. He was born on October 2, 1955 in Sulfur Springs, Texas to George Duncan Hare and Neneta (Britt) Hare. Frank had one younger brother John L. Hare.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents and younger brother.

He attended Oak Cliff Christian School from kindergarten thru third grade.  In fourth grade he started school at Dallas Christian School and met his future wife to be Julia Sue (Jones) Hare. Frank graduated from high school May 24, 1974. Shortly after he married his high school sweetheart Julia Sue. He joined the Army in September of 1974. Frank was stationed in Germany for a period of time.  After the Army he was an electrician apprentice and worked at a fiber glass shop.  In October of 1985 Frank and Sue welcomed their only son Joshua into the world.  When Joshua was young, he and Frank delivered newspapers for NWA Gazette. He later started working for Wal-Mart in the Garden Center for over 10 years.  Frank enjoyed being outdoors and finding a quiet place by the river or lake.  He also loved his old computer games and old time western movies.

George Frank Hare is survived by his son Joshua George Hare and wife Vivian,  two granddaughters Falynn and Heaven, three grandsons Maynard,  Devon and Jesse all of Rocky Comfort, Mo and his ex-wife Julia Sue of Siloam Springs, AR. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
