Greg was a simple but lively man who always made you feel loved and important. He was a man of few words, but you always knew where he stood. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on September 2, 2024, in Rogers, AR. He was born February 27, 1950, in Salt Lake City, Utah, he was the oldest of five boys.

Greg grew up always listening to music and kept to himself. He never wanted to be the center of attention. He knew at an early age he wanted to be a devout patriot. Greg enlisted in the Navy in 1969 at age 19. He went on to serve his country for 26 years fighting in both Vietnam and Dessert Storm, where he was recognized with numerous awards and accolades.

In October of 1971, Greg met and fell in love with Debbie Smith. They married 2 years later and welcomed four children together. Greg was an immensely proud and devoted father and grandfather.

He will be greatly missed. God rest his soul in peace.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie of 51 years; their children Jamie, Jennifer, Jeff, and Joey; twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Bella Vista Funeral Home chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715.
