Gregory Clay Ford passed away in his home surrounded by his family on March 5, 2024, in Bentonville, Arkansas from pulmonary fibrosis.  He was born in Hazard, Kentucky on December 29, 1955, the only child of Clay Ford and Lorene Branson Ford.

His family moved to Winter Park, Florida in 1966.  He attended Winter Park High School and followed to Stetson University in Deland, Florida. He obtained his CPA and CMA accreditations.  After working in public accounting for several years, he was employed at U.S. Sugar Corporation for 14 years as VP of internal audit and special projects in Clewiston, Florida.

He retired in 2009 after working for Wall Systems in Naples, Florida as CFO for nine years and then moved to Bentonville to pursue his interests in gardening, cooking, fishing, and hunting.  Greg also spent his retirement years volunteering in his community in Talamore Subdivision as a POA member and then formed the Talamore-Stonebriar Road Improvement District and directed its activities to improve the neighborhood.

Greg spent his time predominantly with his family and friends and will be eternally missed.

Greg was a loving dedicated husband who is survived by his wife Carolyn of 45 years.  He is also survived by his sons, Jonathan, and wife Stephanie, and their three children, Lincoln, Eden and Lily; and son, Christopher, and  wife Melissa, and their children, Ethan, Declan and Oliver.

A private celebration of life will be determined at a place and time in the future.
