Hoberta "Elaine" Dugan, 77, of Centerton, Arkansas, passed April 5, 2022, in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born in Gravette, Arkansas, December 19, 1944, to Ruth (Guthrie) and Hobert Phillips.

Elaine loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved cooking and entertaining her friends and family. She also loved to crochet. Her favorite teams were The Kansas City Chiefs and anything Razorbacks. She loved watching her favorite television programs; The Andy Griffith Show, Steve Harvey's Family Feud and Jeopardy.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Bob, Bill and Bert Philips.

Elaine is survived by her son: Philip Dugan of Centerton, Arkansas; her daughter, Laura (Keith) Snyderman of Dittmer, Missouri and her grandchildren, Jessica Schaible of Cedar Hill, Missouri, Amber Atchison of St. Clair, Missouri and Shelbi Dugan of Centerton, Arkansas and great grandchildren, Rowan Atchison of St. Clair, Missouri  and Starlit Love of Cedar Hill, Missouri.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2022, at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel in Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9 ^th , 2022, at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jheri Roberts officiating.

Burial will follow at Gravette Hillcrest Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Billy Thomas, Joe Martinez, Kelly Duncan, Tim DeWitt, Larry Roberts, David Edmonson and Tony Morris.
