Jeanette "Jan" Barnoski, age 95, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2025.

Jan was a resident of Bella Vista, AR, 33 years and an avid golfer. Volunteering was a big part of Jan's life. She volunteered for Habitat for Humanity Restore in Bentonville for 20 years. Quilting was also one of Jan's passions as she belonged to several quilt guilds in the area. She was also a long-time member of Bella Vista Lutheran Church.

Ms. Barnoski was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund Barnoski; her parents, Theodore and Martha (nee Albrecht) Koch; and her sister, Lorraine Worthy.

She is survived by her sister, Eleanor Wood; her daughters, Linda Shinafelt (Robert), Cheryl Beilfuss (Richard) and Christine Lemke. Jan was blessed with 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and was loved by many.

A private service is planned.

The family requests that donations in Jan's memory be made to the donor's charity of choice.
