Joan M. Hiller, 77, passed away surrounded by her loved ones, on January 6, 2023, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. Joan was born December 19, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois. While living there she was blessed with meeting the love of her life, Ronald M. Hiller. They were married in 1967 in Chicago, Il. They shared 54 happy years on earth prior to being reunited.

Joan was a pillar of strength and generosity in her community where she enjoyed dedicating her time to St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church. Whether Joan was working at the food pantry, overseeing an event, organizing craft fairs and Bingo, or teaching the youth of the parish the importance of accepting and living by His word; she filled this role with honor as she was guided by her faith.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years Ronald M. Hiller; her parents, Walter and Jeanette (Faulhaber) Dobson; and brothers, Kenny, Walter, and Donald Dobson.

She is survived by her children, Kelly Hiller of Tucson, Arizona, Robert (Ashley) Hiller of Rogers, Chris Hiller of Oswego, Il; daughter, Kathy (Chris) Button of Joliet, Il. Joan was blessed with fifteen grandchildren she adored: Stephanie, Amanda, Jennafir, Rachel, Samantha, Alexis, Tobias, Andrew, Carter, Makayla, Ian, Emmersyn, Nicholas, Keaton, Ethan; three great-grandchildren, Kaedyn, Brycen, and Reagan; and her sisters, Bonnie (Don) Piotrowski and Janet (Mike) Hickey.

A visitation at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, 1 St. Bernard Ln, Bella Vista, AR 72715 on Saturday, January 28 ^th at 9:00 am with rosary following at 9:30 am and Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00 am.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Alzheimer's Association, 5506 W. Walsh Lane, Suite 212 Rogers, Arkansas 72758, or Circle of Life Hospice 1201 NE Legacy Pkwy, Bentonville, AR 72712.
