Julie Ann Neal, aged 51, of Bella Vista, Arkansas (formerly of Arroyo Grande, California) passed away on January 8, 2022, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born on March 22, 1970, in San Luis Obispo, California to Dalton Kent Neal and Rose Ellen (Bailey) Neal.

Julie attended the Lucia Mar School District and graduated from Arroyo Grande High School in Arroyo Grande, California. She loved to travel and visited Europe several times. She enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go on nature walks. She had a generous heart and put her compassion to work as a home health aide in Northwest Arkansas.

Julie is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sheila Ann Williams.

Julie is survived by two sisters: Terrie Diane (Neal) McMillan (James) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and Sandra Lynn (Neal) Coey (Brian) of Golden Valley, Arizona.

Julie leaves behind aunts, uncles, several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
