Kathryn Andrews, 78, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away at home, surrounded by love, on August 20, 2025, as she joined our Lord.
Kathy was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Frederick J. Neuhoff and Leona Essman Neuhoff. She graduated from Chilton High School and lived in Plymouth, Wisconsin, until 1979. She went on to raise four children in Russellville, Arkansas, where her strength, resilience, perseverance and selflessness shaped the foundation of her family.
In 2012, Kathy retired after 26 years of service with Arkansas State Parks and Tourism. She received numerous awards and recognition throughout her career, a reflection of her dedication and commitment. She began as the Parks Administrative Support Coordinator at Mt. Nebo State Park. At retirement, she was the Administrative Specialist for Region One, supporting 13 state parks from her office at Lake Dardanelle State Park.
Kathy was raised in the Catholic faith and was blessed by Father Barnabas prior to her passing, which brought peace to her and her family.
Kathy will be remembered for her steady presence, her generosity, and the way she cared deeply for her family. Her legacy lives on in her children and grandchildren, who will carry forward the values she instilled.
Her kindness and love will continue to guide and inspire all who were blessed to know her.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, George Morris; and sons, Michael Joseph and Kevin Lee.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela (Tom) Ross; sons, Steven (Jodi) Thomas, Kenneth (Christa) Trimberger, and Nicholas (Cassie) Andrews; siblings, Dan (Dorothy) Neuhoff, Tom Neuhoff, Judy Berenz, and Barbara Goins; granddaughters, Natalie Woods, Maddie Thomas, and Chloe Trimberger; grandsons, Blaine Trimberger, Landon Andrews, and Silas Andrews; and one great-grandson, Holden Schrader.
There will not be services, per Kathy's request. Memorialize her by being kind and generous to children and animals.
