Kathy Galyean, 76, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away December 24, 2025, after a brief illness. She was born in Bolivar, Missouri, on November 17, 1949.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and Mimi.  She survived her husband Kenneth's passing by 105 days and is reunited with him for their 47th anniversary. Together they built a successful ranch and cutting horse legacy.  She was a respected horsewoman and realtor, gathering trophies in both careers. She could have won trophies for her homemade rolls and blackberry cobbler.  She loved attending ball games and watching the horse shows online to keep up with the whole family.  Kathy will be remembered for her loving care, wit, fire, intelligence, beauty and love for Jesus.

She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Brewer and husband, Charles; Gil Galyean and wife, Becky, Jody Galyean and wife, Bridget, Debbie Galyean; grandchildren, Beau Galyean and wife, Ashley, Wesley Galyean and wife, Kristen, Christina Cox and husband, Lloyd, Brady Brewer, Garrett Galyean, and Brody Galyean; and great-grandchildren, Daxton Galyean, River Galyean, Leighton Cox, Ledger Cox, Levin Cox, Aislynn Galyean, and Gracelyn Galyean.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715 and burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
