Mary Lou Gibson of Bella Vista Arkansas died on November 16th, 2022. She was born on February 20 ^th , 1936 in Fayetteville Arkansas.

Mary Lou was a loving and sensitive woman. She attended the University of Arkansas where she graduated as a voice major.  She taught music (her choirs won awards at the state level) and she was an accomplished artist selling her works locally. She and her husband Jamie loved each other deeply. She was a dog lover.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jamie Charlene Gibson of Bella Vista as well. She is survived by her brother James Hurlbut of San Diego California. She is also survived by her son Charles Michael Gibson of Natick Massachusetts, her grandsons William James Gibson, and Michael Andrew Gibson of Boston, and her granddaughter Grace Magie Mariah Gibson of Easton Massachusetts.

A celebration of life will be held on November 19th at 11:00 a.m. in Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Weihe officiating. Graveside services will follow at the Bella Vista Cemetery, Bella Vista, Arkansas.
