Mary Diana Prochaska was born November 13, 1960 and returned to Heaven June 10, 2021. She is the daughter of Frank and Anna Prochaska of Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Mary served honorably for 23 years in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. She served in various assignments in the Pacific and West Coast areas.

Preceded in death by her brother Stephen Prochaska of Vancouver, WA.

She is survived by her parents, sister Luanne Johnson of Spokane, WA and brother Douglas Prochaska of Lincoln, NE.

Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 16 ^th at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, 1 St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, Arkansas.
