Mary F. Solliday, 83, resident of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away peacefully in Bella Vista, on August 23, 2024.  She was born Mary Diana Flanigan, in Bainbridge, GA on December 9, 1940, to David Calloway Flanigan and Della Esther Davis.

Mary was a mother to five children.  She was an educator for many years, during which she taught in both public and private schools, touching countless lives with her wisdom and kindness.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving husband, Benjamin H. Solliday of Bella Vista, AR; her daughter, Eileen Mary Solliday Parham of Alma, AR; her sons, Benjamin David Solliday of Gilbert, AZ; Michael Brian Solliday of Arlington Heights, Ill.; Robert Matthew Solliday of Springdale, AR; and John Christopher Solliday of Babcock Ranch, FL; her brother, John D. Flanigan of Ellicott City, MD; and multiple grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Mary's life and legacy will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at St. Theodores Episcopal Church, 1001 Kingsland Road, Bella Vista, AR 72714.
