Mary Beth Strobel, 65, of Gravette, Arkansas died Friday, November 18, 2022 peacefully at home.  She was born March 2, 1957 in Springdale, Arkansas to William Ralph Zeltner and Betty Jean Sims Zeltner.

Mary Beth enjoyed fishing with her late husband, Keiran K. Strobel, her son, Tim Gibbons, and his family.  She loved being a homemaker, needle arts, and quilting became a passion for her over the years.  Mary Beth was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.  She was a faithful servant of Christ as a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Bella Vista.

Mary Beth worked for Walmart in vendor communications from 1987-1994.  After certifying as a CNA, and later training in medical insurance technology for invoicing and coding, she worked for Sisco Clinic in Springdale from 1995-1998 and as of 2017 Ozark Community Hospital in Gravette with the emergency room admissions staff.

Mary Beth was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Keiran; and granddaughter, McKayla Strobel.

She is survived by her son, William Timothy Gibbons and wife, Stephanie; grandson, Grant Gibbons and wife, Julia; great grandchildren, Easton, Bryleigh, and Rowyn Gibbons of Gravette; grandson, Wyatt Gibbons and wife, Kate of Jane, Missouri; brother, William F. Zeltner and wife, Annabelle of the Philippines; sister, Meredith A. Zeltner; nephew, Scott J. Smallbeck and wife, Kelly; grandnieces, Mara and Zoe of Humble, TX; stepson, Jason Strobel and wife, Lacey; grandsons, Dominick and Kage of Springdale; and close friends, Shella Vaughn of Springdale, and Daniel Cobb and wife, Thao of Centerton.

Mass of the  Resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 12, 2022 at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Bella Vista, Arkansas.  Memorials may be made to St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, 1 St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72715.
