Marylee Shields Raby, age 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior on the evening of February 4, 2026. She was born in Gravette, Arkansas, in 1948 to Grover and Evelyn Shields. Marylee was a proud graduate of Gravette High School, Class of 1966.

She was the oldest of three siblings and is survived by her brother, Bill Shields, and her sister, Lora Wood.

Marylee married her beloved husband, Lester Raby, in 1976. Together they built a life centered on family, faith, and shared memories. She is lovingly survived by her husband, Lester Raby, and her three children: Jason Poyner of Gravette; Lesa Ginder and her husband, Robert Ginder, of Cabot; and Lora Ramirez and her husband, Luis Ramirez, of Gravette.

She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Courtney, Claudia, Shelby, Skyler, Corbin, Jose, Luis Jr., Miguel, Will, Wade, and Emme and a cherished great grandmother to Avery, Bentley, Everleigh, Asher, and Beckett.

One of Marylee's favorite scriptures came from Matthew 6:26, reminding others to trust in God:

"Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them."

Her loved ones invite you to remember Marylee in simple, meaningful moments—when you hear a piano melody, plant something in the garden, or bake something for someone you love. While she found joy in these simple pleasures, her greatest focus was always her family. She lived with deep devotion to those she loved, giving selflessly and making countless quiet sacrifices, and found her truest purpose and happiness in caring for others.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Bella Vista Funeral Home in Bella Vista, Arkansas.
