Norma Jean Stoudt

October 17, 1945-October 21, 2022

Heaven gained an angel on October 21, 2022; Norma Jean Clawson Shuttleworth Stoudt left earth where she impacted many lives.  Norma was born October 17, 1945, to AB and Doris Clawson in Larned, KS. She graduated from Pawnee Rock Highschool in 1963, where she played clarinet and earned a letter for her achievements.  Norma was a homemaker, cake decorator, licensed insurance administrative assistant, and supplier development specialist.

Norma married Paige Shuttleworth in 1963; they had two children, Lana and Jared and lived in Salina, Kansas from 1968 to 1996.  She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1996 where she worked and lived until her death October 21, 2022.  On June 26, 2002, she married Jim Stoudt of Rogers, Arkansas.  They lived in Bella Vista, AR for 17 years, upon her retirement from Walmart, she worked for Gravette, Arkansas schools as a para for children with disabilities.

Norma was a member of Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority for 47 years.  She loved to stay involved and enjoyed so many activities, including shopping, sewing, talking, spending time with family and friends, and riding Harley's where she was known as "Booper".   She was funny and bright, always positive, and loved my many.

Norma is survived by her husband, Jim Stoudt, daughter Lana (Tony) of Bentonville, Arkansas, son Jared (Kim) of Lakewood, Colorado, sister Jan of Helena, Montana, grandchildren; Kaden (Lexi), Brenna, Hayden, Qwentin, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jim Clawson, sister Diane Wilkie, grandson Kristopher Luginbill.

She will be honored with a celebration of life on November 12 th at 11:00 a.m. in Highlands Christian Church, 1500 Forest Hills Blvd (Hwy 279) Bella Vista, AR 72715, with a meal to follow at the church.
