Ralph Cavin Williams, 81, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away on March 23rd, 2022, in Rogers, Arkansas.
Ralph was born in Terrell, Texas, on July 2nd, 1940. He graduated from Terrell High School and later attended college at Texas A&M, graduating with a Law Degree at the University of Arkansas. He was proud of being both an "Aggie & Razorback."
He started practicing law in Benton County in September of 1965. He became Bentonville Municipal Judge in 1969 until 1974, when he returned to his local law practice on The Bentonville Square. Ralph continued practicing law full time until his death in March of 2022. Ralph devoted over fifty-six years to practicing law in Benton County.
Ralph C. Williams has been proclaimed "Dean of the Benton County Bar Association." One of his passions was mentoring fellow attorneys.
He served his community by being a long-time member and past president of the Bentonville Kiwanis Club. He served on The Bentonville Airport Commission and The Benton County Public Facilities Board. In addition to his personal and civil works, Ralph was also a superb golfer, who routinely matched or bettered par on local golf courses. Among others, he won the prestigious Dawn Hill Country Club Championship in Siloam Springs, Arkansas several times.
In addition to all of Ralph's professional, civil and golfing accomplishments, he was most proud of his role as a husband, brother, father and grandfather to his family, whom he held dearest to his heart.
He is predeceased in death by his brother, Gregory and his parents, Ralph and Lorie Williams.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife of fifty-three years, Cheryl Lee Williams; his two sons, Gregory & Brandon Williams; his three grandchildren, Kiefer, Kienan and Georgia Williams; his brother, Tommy and his sister, Gayle Ann Williams.
