Richard Edward Putman, age 57, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died January 12,2022.  He was born August 5, 1964, in Okinawa, Japan on Kadena Air Base to Willie Edward and Mary Ann (Rogers) Putman, Jr.

Richard lived a fulfilling life as a father, husband, brother, and friend. Richard loved golfing, hunting, fishing, photography, camping, singing and spending time with family and friends.

Richard worked for Sam's Club Home Office for14 years and 3 months.  He was a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Optimization. Prior to that he worked at Johnson and Johnson Medical in Sherman, Texas.

Richard is preceded in death by his father Willie E. "Bill" Putman

Richard is survived by his wife Sherry, Bella Vista, Arkansas; son Cory (Erin), and one granddaughter, Bentonville, Arkansas; his mom Mary Ann, Fayetteville, Arkansas; his sister Annette (John) Young Russellville, Arkansas; two nephews; his uncle Charlie and aunt Angela of El Paso, Texas, and many cousins.

Funeral services will take place at Bentonville Church of Christ on January 27, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. There will be a visitation at 1:00 p.m. at Bentonville Church of Christ.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bentonville Church of Christ Missions, 904 North Walton Boulevard, Bentonville, Arkansas 72712.
