Obituary

Ronald Joseph Krolikowski passed away in Bella Vista Arkansas on March 11, 2025.  He was 89 years old (22 ¼ in Leap Year days).  Ron was born in Loup City, Nebraska and grew up in Wood River, Nebraska.  He married Dianne Wilson in 1958, and they were married for 63 years.

Ron worked for the NE State Patrol Carrier Enforcement Division until he retired,  and moved to Bella Vista, Arkansas in 1996.  Ron was an integral part of every community he lived in.  He was active in his church, business associations, the Nebraska Club and most importantly his beloved animal shelter. He found innovative ways to raise many thousands of dollars for animal care while he was the President of the Animal shelter.  He was the epitome of a "community servant" and his good humor and caring ways made him a friend to all.

Ron was proud of his Polish heritage and knew every joke ever told.  He loved his family, friends, animals, sports and beer.  Lots of beer.  He lit up every room he was ever in and lived the life we should all strive to live.

He is survived by his sister, Carolyn; daughter, Kim; granddaughters, Maggie and Molly; two great grandchildren, Beau and Joanie; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 1 St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72715.
