Sandra (Sandy) Jo (Kinnaird) Casebolt passed away on May 23, 2024, in her home of 30 years in Bella Vista, AR, with her family by her side. She was born on November 17, 1940, to Raymond Dean and Elda Kinnaird in Winterset, Iowa.

Sandy was raised in Albia, Iowa by Dean and her stepmother, Marie. She met and married her high school sweetheart, Delbert Casebolt on October 3, 1959. This union brought their children, Christine, William, and Lori.

She worked for a phone company in Des Moines, Iowa from 1965 to 1990.

Sandy had a great love for all animals, especially cats. She loved the game of golf and enjoyed going to casinos.

Sandy's family thanks Circle of Life for all their kindness that they showed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Christine; one aunt, Lois; one brother, Sam; and one sister, Barb.

She is survived by husband of 65 years, Delbert; son, Bill; daughter, Lori Short (Donie); grandson, Chris Cater (Angela); four step grandchildren; and brother-in-law, David (Casey); .

Per Sandy's request, no services will he held.
