Shelly L. DeVoe Shaw, 51, Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away June 21, 2022, due to complications with ILD. Born on July 26, 1970, in Bangor, Maine.  Shelly was the only daughter of Paula L. Withee and Paul G. DeVoe.

Shelly enjoyed camping, reading and quilting. She was known to work hard and play hard. She loved her friends and family with everything she had. She was an avid animal lover and had many fur babies over the years. Shelly gave regularly to the ASPCA, St Jude's, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Shelly was preceded in death by both her parents, her stepfather, George D. Withee, and her maternal grandparents, Barbara and Stanley Trott.

Shelly is survived by her husband and best friend, Michael Shaw; two sons, Curtis (Amber) McNeely and Christopher McNeely; daughter, Jessica Shaw; grandson, Devyn; her aunt, Michelle Weirich (Allan Tubbs); cousins Jeremy Weirick and Danielle Goddessman; and special friends, Holly Demchak, Matt and Crystal Demchak (Holly's children), Lucinda Brown, Amy Kahle, and Tammy Willocks.

A celebration of life will be held on June 24, 2022, at the Tontitown Winery, 335 N Barrington Road, Tontitown, Arkansas 72762, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

A graveside service will be held at Castine Cemetery in Castine, Maine, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, it was Shelly's wish that memorials be sent to the ASPCA, St. Jude's, or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
