Sherry Lynn Rulo, née Hybl, age 66, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away on October 17, 2022.  Beloved wife of Donald C. Rulo; loving mother of Toby (Tracy) Rulo and Timothy Rulo; grandmother of Tyler Rulo and Tristan Rulo; sister of Sally (Joseph) Valvoda; aunt of many nieces and nephews; cousin of many.

She was devoted to her grandchildren and volunteered at Beds Plus in La Grange, IL and the Bella Vista Library, Bella Vista, AR. She was a Sunday school teacher at Grace Lutheran School in La Grange, IL and an avid reader of murder mysteries. Sherry enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, as well as Sudoku puzzles. She was an animal lover, especially every dog she had throughout her life. She took great joy in the walks she would go on with her dogs; they gave her incentive to enjoy life.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022 from 3:00 P.M to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, October 25, 2022 10:30 a.m. to time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd. 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. Funeral Service 11:00 A.M. Interment will be at the Bohemian National Cemetery, Chicago, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75231 or your favorite animal charity.
