Teresa Lynn Weeks, 59, of Gravette, Arkansas, passed away on December 23, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.

Teresa was born in Kingsville, Texas on November 4, 1965, to Aaron Lavelle and Mamie Lois Smith. She was a Navy brat and grew up in many of the states with her two siblings. She met her husband Charles while in Michigan where she started her family before moving to Arkansas.

Teresa worked at American Airlines until she retired to become a full time Mamba to her grandbabies. She loved the Red Wings, teddy bears, Ozzy Osborne, NASCAR and camping but nothing was more important to her than her family.

Teresa raised many neighborhood kids while raising her own. There was always a pot of coffee on, and you could always count on her to be a therapist, counselor or just a friend to listen to your problems while sitting at the kitchen table.

Teresa was preceded in death by her daughter Amanda Lois Weeks, son, Charles Lee Weeks, parents, Aaron and Mamie Smith and brother Aaron Lavelle Smith Jr.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband Charles Weeks, children: Michael Lavelle Weeks, Joshua Lyndon (Julissa) Weeks, Jason Leo Weeks, Sharon Renee Farriester; sister, Peggy Smith; grandchildren: Klisha, Jessica, Jaideen, Kadyn, Levi, Zane, Evie, Angell, Lucy, Rayne, Desmond, Charlie, Lily and Oakley, and many nieces and nephews.

She was loved and touched many hearts throughout her life that will miss her greatly.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715.
