Thelma Carlene (Chambers) Beam, 87, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, died November 21, 2025, in Rogers, Arkansas. Thelma was born on March 6, 1938, in Watova, Oklahoma to her parents James Arthur Chambers and Alta Allonie Chambers.

Thelma graduated from Lenepah High School, Oklahoma in 1956 and graduated from Coffeyville Community College with her associate's degree. She owned Beam Phone Center & Book Store in Coffeyville, Kansas for 20 years and worked at Southwestern Bell/AT&T for 25 years before retiring.

She was a proud member of the First Christian Church of Coffeyville, Kansas and the Highland Christian Church of Bella Vista, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Louise, and granddaughter, Robin Ihry.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Beam of 68 years; sister, Wanda Purkey of Coffeyville, Kansas; son, Bruce (Nicki) Beam and their children: Kevin, Carson, and Caylee Beam of Edmond, Oklahoma; daughter, Brenda (Dean) Ihry and their children: Brandon (Karrie) Beam of Lowell, Arkansas, and Kelsey (Wyatt) Carlson and their son Colter of Valley City, North Dakota.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Highland Christian Church,1500 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m.
