Obituary

Tommy Lee Winters, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Tommy was a lifelong native of Northwest Arkansas. He spent the majority of his life in Springdale and most recently resided in Bella Vista. A proud alumnus of Springdale High School, Tommy found his passion for sports on the football field as a member of the Springdale Bulldogs. His love for the game endured throughout his life, as did his loyalty to the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Tommy dedicated many years of hard work to George's and Wal-Mart, where he forged lasting friendships and was known for his easygoing nature and sense of humor. Whether sharing stories of his youth or lending a helping hand, Tommy's presence brought warmth and kindness to those around him.

Tommy was preceded in death by his loving parents, William T. and Mildred Winters, and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Bauer and Bill Elkins.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Donna Winters, his siblings: Billy and Charlotte Winters, Louise Bauer, Marilyn Winters, Linda and Keith Elkins, and mother-in-law "Nanny" and her children. He leaves behind his children, Allen and Nicci Winters and Bill and Kristin Winters, as well as his treasured grandchildren: Max, Zack, Owen, Sarah, Wyatt, Hannah, and Xander Winters. Tommy was also blessed to meet his great-grandchild, Winnie Ellis. He will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and all those he considered family.

A celebration of Tommy's life will be held on Saturday, May 31st at 1:00 PM at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1101 W Hudson Rd, Rogers, AR 72757.
