William "Bill" Lynn Gibbs, 84, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away peacefully on December 16, 2022. He was born on October 3, 1938, in Akron, Colorado to the late Harley and Elnora (Pickett) Gibbs.

He married his sweetheart, Freda Belle Speed on June 6, 1958, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and to this union, two children were born.
