Wilson Scott Jr. (Scotty) was born in Benevolence, Georgia, to Hattie Sue and Wilson Scott Sr. on January 1, 1948. He passed away on February 7, 2024, in Rogers, Arkansas. He grew up in Cuthbert, Georgia and joined the United States Air Force at seventeen years of age. That is where he got the nickname "Scotty". He served in the military for 23 years, 2 months where he achieved the rank of Master Sergeant.

Scotty was proud to belong to Highland Christian Church, The Fly Tyers and the Woodcarvers Clubs, as well as the Friday Night Dinner Group where he found so many cherished friendships.

Scotty is survived by his wife Amy, son Tony, daughter Angela, three stepchildren: Tom, Ron and Diane, brother Johnny B., grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his very dear nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.

The funeral service will be held at Highland Christian Church, 1500 Forest Hills Blvd, Bella Vista, AR 72715, on February 16, 2024, at 11 a.m. with a visitation prior to the funeral service at 10 a.m. at the church. Military Honors will be conducted by the Little Rock AirForce Base.
